Bancroft is actively seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs/LBA-Ds) and Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts (LaBAs) providing services across our organization. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians. We are looking for a Licensed Behavior Analyst, LBA , for our children’s community program in Mt. Laurel NJ . The community residential treatment program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. The LBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that includes nursing, psychiatry, and operational support. The LBA will direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within this framework. The LBA serves in a leadership and supervisory role, managing Behavior Support Specialists (often LBAs in training) while also conducting direct clinical work.
