Requirements
- Passion for working with children with special needs, and commitment to excellence in applied behavioral analysis
- Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certificate OR Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or ability to apply)
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques
- Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base
- Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians
