Requirements

  • Passion for working with children with special needs, and commitment to excellence in applied behavioral analysis
  • Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certificate OR Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or ability to apply)
  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques
  • Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base
  • Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians
