As a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor/Outpatient Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as (Ellie Mental Health/ Nystrom & Associates), you will primarily focus on providing superior client care and improving the mental health of your local community. You'll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they're at.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)
  • Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
  • Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
  • Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
