SUMMARY We are searching for LADC/SUD Counselors to provide direct therapy, counseling, and assessment services within a modified Therapeutic Community (mTC). They are responsible for facilitating psychotherapeutic and educational substance use disorder related groups. LADC/SUD Counselors manage a caseload of clients including all required billing, clinical documentation, and related treatment plans in accordance with ASAM criteria, 245G requirements and RS EDEN policy and procedure. They work closely within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive SUD treatment services. LADC/SUD Counselors provide direct therapy, counseling, and assessment services within a modified Therapeutic Community (mTC). LADC/SUD Counselors need to be creative, flexible, and adaptable. Sound organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks are a must. They are responsible for facilitating psychotherapeutic and educational substance use disorder related groups. They manage a caseload of clients including all required billing, clinical documentation, and related treatment plans in accordance with ASAM criteria, 245G requirements and RS EDEN policy and procedure. They work closely within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive SUD treatment services. Ability to manage crisis situations in a professional and therapeutic manner is a must. This position is classified as a category 3 driving position. Pay ranges from $65,000-$80,000/annually This position is 100% on-site
