About The Position
At Mar y Sol Mental Health Experts, We are a collaborative, patient-centered practice dedicated to providing high-quality psychiatric and therapeutic care to children, adolescents, and adults. We value professionalism, warmth, accountability, and clinical excellence. Our mission is to help clients thrive beyond the therapy room. The therapist will provide substance use evaluations, individual counseling, and coordinate care with our psychiatric providers and therapists. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team-based environment.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut LADC license (required)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments
- Provide individual/and or group substance use counseling
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, PA, and therapists
- Provide relapse prevention and psychoeducation
- Participate in case consultation as needed
