Requirements

At least three years of license and title experience
Knowledge of the following software:Tekion, CVR, ATC
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with dealership processes and systems
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that is constantly changing
Strong organization & time management skills
Self-Motivated
Team player
with attention to detail

Responsibilities

Write license fee refund checks, clean title schedules.
Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Post accounting entries related to DMV and wholesale transactions.
Complete DMV registration paperwork for sales made at the dealership.
Enter all information needed for title administration in computer system.
Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed.
Maintain accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information, wholesale purchase and sale information.
Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls.
