The Adult Services Department is seeking an individual with strong technology skills who is committed to excellent customer service and teamwork.

Requirements

One year of customer service experience
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and internet
High aptitude with creative technology software and equipment
Ability to interact patiently and pleasant with people of all ages

Responsibilities

Assists library patrons by finding materials, answering questions, assisting with media advisory, and providing technology assistance
Participates in library programming efforts, including technology classes, craft programs, and other programs.
Works on special projects and displays for the Department
Helps to maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
