Position Overview: Atrium partners with multiple clients to lead specialized Direct Sourcing and Library Services programs. We're looking for a passionate and motivated Recruiting Coordinator that is excited to grow their career with an evolving staffing and consulting firm.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of work experience

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, prioritize, and execute Client and Associate requests related to the hiring and employment of Associates
  • Manage and monitor internal and external job postings via the appropriate technology platform
  • Maintain the account applicable group inbox including but not limited to: o Accepting Requisitions and assigning them to Recruiters o Circulating Requisition updates o Scheduling intake calls o Tagging applicable Recruiters as needed o Managing interview requests o Referral Recruiter Assignment
  • Update and maintain the "Master Tracker" as it relates to requisitions and statuses
  • Play a crucial role within a fast-paced and laser-focused recruiting team, working to coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews
  • Identify potential candidates through various forms of recruitment, such as resume review, networking, candidate sourcing, and phone screening
  • Strategically and proactively source passive and active candidates to build and maintain talent pipelines to meet established needs.
  • Partner with Associates and Onboarding team to gather all details required to initiate and complete the onboarding process including but not limited to New Hire Surveys
  • Provide Associates with assignment start information in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot Client and Associate escalations with the assistance of leadership
  • Maintain and update Excel and Google spreadsheets to organize data as necessary
  • Assist with data governance throughout the recruitment lifecycle and produce ad hoc reports as needed
  • Role consists of 50% account administration and 50% sourcing talent
