Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field required or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Must have excellent organizational skills, be able to handle multiple priorities effectively, and have working knowledge of computers.
• Ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform information retrieval and reference searches for library users, and act as a resource for electronic tools and resources.
• Distribute relevant articles on current scientific research to appropriate personnel.
• Serve as primary contact on requests for specialized on-line information searches.
• Order and receive business, scientific and technical books, periodicals, and government reports
