About The Position
Lexus of Roseville Now Hiring: Lexus / Toyota Master Certified Service Technician Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD), a Fortune 150 Company (#124 - 2025), is the #1 Automotive Group in the country with over 330+ dealerships nationwide! Department Hours: Monday through Saturday, 7:30-4:30, and closed on Sundays Schedule: One month M-F, then next month Tu-Sa, rotating Pay: $34.00 to $44.00 per flat rate depending on qualification Other: Relocation assistance available for Lexus certified technicians, amount depending on qualifications Why join our team: Luxury automobile dealership & clientele Stable & busy service department - servicing up to 100+ vehicles per day Fair dispatching of work Over 20 total service bays We reimburse for ASE Certifications Responsibilities: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures. Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools. Requirements
- 2- 3 Years (minimum) flat rate franchise car dealer experience preferred
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications a plus
- Lexus or Toyota experience preferred
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
