CarShield is seeking a Tier 1 IT Technician to join its growing Tech Support team. This role serves as the first point of contact for internal IT support and is responsible for providing general assistance across a wide range of IT issues, including computers, thin clients, phones, Active Directory, and related systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in general computer knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and strong communication skills. This position requires flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset, as the work includes both physical and computer-based tasks.
