The Level 1 Inside Parts Sales Representative, will be the first point of contact for all customer walk-in traffic, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. The primary responsibility will be to sell truck and trailer parts by accurately looking up availability, processing orders, receiving inventory, and completing transactions. In addition to handling in-store sales, you will manage phone orders, online orders, and support outside sales representatives. This position will play a critical role in building strong customer relationships, providing general product knowledge, and ensuring that every customer feels confident in our ability to maximize their uptime. This role requires working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, where accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are key.
