In this role, you will: Lead the Wells Fargo Auto Dealer Desk team responsible for verbal and e-mail intake requests from auto dealers in an effort to provide accurate information in a timely manner that helps to grow and foster the dealer’s relationship with Wells Fargo. Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the Auto Originations functional area Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Auto Originations functional area Participate in the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, and guidelines Oversee implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo legal, investor, regulatory, or business policies Determine appropriate strategies and actions of Dealer Desk team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables Interpret and develop policies and procedures for meeting compliance, risk management, and quality standards Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced managers Interact with external customers throughout the conducting of loan processing and liquidations evaluation Provide quality service to new and existing dealer partners of Wells Fargo. Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Dealer Desk. Own all controls for the Dealer Desk space, ensuring they are effective and evidenced on a monthly basis.
