This full-time position will provide administrative support to multiple commercial lenders in growing, monitoring, and servicing their loan portfolios, thereby reducing risks associated with the loans and improving the bank’s loan portfolio overall. The primary duties associated with this position are to proactively alleviate past dues and collect on accounts, contact customers to clear exceptions, collection of financials, communicate and coordinate with officers on upcoming maturing loans, assist walk-in customers and telephone inquiries with loan requests, obtain credit reports as needed, accept requests and make transfers on credit lines with appropriate approval, and coordinate and facilitate loan closings and fund loans when necessary through all phases of the process.
