As a Legal Talent team, we serve as trusted advisors to Cravath’s population of attorneys, partnering with senior leadership on onboarding and training planning, professional development, operational management and strategic initiatives. We are actively recruiting for a Legal Talent Manager who will be responsible for collaborating directly with Firm leadership, partners and the Legal Talent team to assess and refine policies, procedures and practices related to changes in attorney employment statuses. Additionally, this role will work directly with attorneys at all levels to facilitate logistical elements of these changes, which include intraoffice transfers, leaves of absence, secondments to clients, transitions to the Firm’s part-time program, as well as the promotion and departure process. Given the nature of the work, this role requires impeccable judgment, the ability to multitask with incredible attention to detail, as well as strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
