The Legal Talent Recruiting Intern will be crucial in assisting the Student Recruiting Team with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling and expense reports, as well as contributing to special projects and event planning. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple assignments, and work responsibly under pressure.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of college coursework.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a fast-paced work environment providing administrative support.

  • Completion of bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist local/regional Recruiter with summer program and on campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Schedule attorney lunches and make corresponding reservations accordingly.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of training and other programs in local/regional offices.
  • Reserve conference rooms, order meals, create and distribute e-mail and other invitations; compile and distribute program materials; coordinate program logistics in local/regional offices for video conferencing or live presentations.
  • Help coordinate firm-sponsored social and recruiting events.
  • Compile reports as needed.
  • Input/organize application data in applicant tracking system.
  • Create graphics in Canva.
