About The Position

SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a long-term contract, for an experienced Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Midtown. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of legal recruiting experience. This role offers a competitive base. Responsibilities: Coordinate with local Talent Acquisition staff on law school recruiting initiatives and activities such as campus talks, receptions and other programs including: scheduling and coordinating logistics, shipping materials, program preparation, tracking activities and follow-up efforts; Prepare materials for Summer Program events and the on-campus recruiting interview process under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Managers and Managing Director; Assist with updating marketing materials and Summer Program/Incoming Associate directories for all US offices; Monitor resume collection, process sign-in sheets and data entry in applicant tracking system; Coordinate with TA Managers on communications, hotel arrangements and event planning; Participate on Social Media Committee with members of local Talent Acquisition team to create, brand and publish social media activity; Prepare check requests, track invoices and handle expense reports and reimbursements for the department; Support and oversee summer associate onboarding process and training programs; Assist with global projects and special initiatives as needed; Work overtime as required, including attendance at special events in the evenings and/or on weekends; Travel as needed for programs, activities and initiatives; and Handle additional related projects as assigned. Requirements: Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills (required); Strong command of the English language, as well as perfect grammar; Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work; Ability to interact with professionals at all levels of an organization; Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality; Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Team orientated with a willingness to roll up sleeves and help out whenever necessary Ability to work under own initiative as required. Bachelor’s degree (required); and Prior work experience and/or law firm recruiting experience preferred
