Summary The Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Campus Recruitment, in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, is responsible for supporting the firm’s efforts to recruit and onboard summer and entry-level associates. Under the supervision of the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, the Coordinator will schedule interviews and maintain candidate records through our application tracking system to ensure a seamless hiring process. The Coordinator works closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to identify top legal talent, ensuring compliance with all hiring policies. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential to succeed in this role. Prior experience in a legal law firm recruiting is preferred. Location This position can sit in any of our Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or San Diego office locations and offers a hybrid work schedule for employees within commutable distance.
