Prepare and draft Swift, Knight, AAA Cooper and Abilene responses to pretrial discovery. Maintain discovery database and, as technology improves, update appropriate and relevant responses. Work with adjusters, defense counsel, Safety, and terminal personnel to place company equipment on claims litigation hold. Coordinate equipment inspections, ECM downloads and VRDU downloads with counsel, terminal personnel and experts as required. Gather time-sensitive documents and additional relevant data for all rapid response events and quickly share documents and recordings with counsel. Create Driver Training Summary for assigned cases/claims. Create, maintain and update LSU SOPs/Job Aids as technology advances and platforms change. Train new LSU Reps on current and new processes and platforms. Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
