What We Are Looking For Requires current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a graduation date of December 2026 or later. Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. What We Offer Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80-$22 /hour . This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). Requirements

  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Well organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Requires current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing documents, agreements, and corporate legal materials
  • Investigating facts and applicable law for specific matters
  • Supporting legal research projects and assisting with legal operations
  • Contributing to general legal matters typical of a mid‑sized in‑house law department
  • Collaborating with attorneys and staff across the legal team
  • Other legal projects as assigned
