Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP (SBE) is looking for an experienced, full-time, on-site, Legal Litigation Secretary for our Claremont, CA office. At SBE we lead the nation in protecting policy holders from insurance companies’ refusal to pay claims. The firm has been protecting the rights of insurance consumers, both individuals and businesses, for 50 years after having set the legal precedent requiring insurance companies to act in good faith. Join a team with purpose! Our Legal Secretaries enhance attorney effectiveness by assisting in taking a case from inception through trial. You will be responsible for calendaring dates and deadlines, filings in federal, state and appellate courts, document preparation, and more. $75K - $85K We are looking for a professional and organized individual who has experience supporting a litigation team within a law firm. Compensation will be determined by a number of factors including educational background and experience.
