About The Position
Come be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced legal team as a Legal Secretary at the Office of the Legal Advocate. Are you motivated, have excellent communication, and organizational skills, with a can-do attitude? If so, you are just the candidate we are looking for! As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role on the defense team by handling case files, preparing legal records, and filing pleadings, petitions, briefs, correspondence, motions, and other legal documents. You will work side by side with attorneys and their team to ensure our clients receive the best possible representation. The Office of the Legal Advocate is made up of hard-working and dedicated people who believe in safeguarding the constitutional rights of the indigent clients we serve.
