  • College level legal administrative coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative secretarial and clerical work for attorneys or department heads.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of calendars and schedules.
  • Perform routine or moderately complex legal processing tasks in assigned areas of law.
  • Prepare affidavits, complaints, warrants, judicial orders, abstracts of judgments, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
