About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Floating and Litigation Legal Secretaries with at least 3 years’ experience, and welcomes all experience levels to apply. Qualifications: Familiar with the State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures. Experience filing and serving in California and out-of-state courts, including e-filing in state and federal courts. Familiarity with Court of Appeals procedures is preferred but not required. Provides administrative support to attorneys. Works independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery. Knowledge of case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, and exhibit preparation. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience using Milana calendaring program is beneficial. Excellent analytical and written communication skills. Highly organized, independent self-starters who can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment. The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$80,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
