The Legal Recruiting Specialist supports the firm’s graduate and legal recruiting efforts, with responsibility for coordinating end-to-end recruiting processes for law students and lateral candidates. This role works closely with recruiting leadership, attorneys, law schools, and candidates, and aims to deliver a seamless recruiting experience from initial outreach through onboarding. The Specialist plays a key role in campus recruiting (including on-campus interviewing and the summer associate program) as well as lateral recruiting, ensuring processes run efficiently, communication is clear, data is accurate, and candidates receive a high-quality experience.
