About The Position

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Texas E-Filing
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of affidavits and other legal documents
  • Organizing, filing, and maintaining documents in both paper and electronic systems
