Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys across multiple states to move judgments forward efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with courts via phone, online portals, and written correspondence to ensure timely filings.
• Issue, enter, and follow up on default judgments, stipulations, and agreed judgments.
• Process inbound mail from courts and legal partners, keeping everything on track and organized.
• Monitor stipulations and initiate follow-up actions when agreements are broken.
• Tackle daily and weekly file-level task lists with focus and precision.
