About The Position

We need you to support and run the machine. This role is designed to maintain our "Al Stack," ensuring our legal function can focus on high-stakes strategic work while ensuring the operational engines-CLM, Intake, and Compliance-run flawlessly. You will act as the "Force Multiplier" for the legal department, combining the skills of a tech-savvy paralegal, a project manager, and a prompt engineer. Your job is to configure the software, manage the workflows, and utilize Generative Al to produce work that used to take hours to complete, actively designing the processes that get the work done. This role will report directly to the VP & General Counsel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in legal operations, project management, or a specialized paralegal role.
  • Experience administering a CLM (Ironclad preferred) and Legal Ticketing System
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Generative Al, with the ability to understand how to structure a prompt to get a specific, reliable result
  • A process mindset where you look at a repeated task and immediately ask, "How can I automate this?"
  • Strong operational rigor and attention to detail, specifically regarding compliance deadlines and database integrity
  • Basic understanding of commercial contract structure (NDAs, MSAs)

Responsibilities

  • Own the administration of Ironclad, configuring and updating workflow conditions, approval chains, and legal playbooks
  • Set up the guardrails that allow the business to self-serve contract automation, intervening only when terms fall outside our standard risk profile
  • Manage the existing contract repository and archive hygiene, ensuring metadata is accurate so our Al tools can effectively search and report on our data
  • Use prompting techniques (with tools like Gemini, Claude and Glean) to generate first drafts of legal documents, memos, and policies
  • Execute high-level research projects via complex comparative analysis
  • Build and maintain a library of "Golden Prompts" that the legal team uses for recurring tasks to ensure consistent, high-quality Al outputs
  • Manage the legal "front door" as Triage Captain, overseeing the intake system to ensure requests are routed correctly-whether to an automated workflow or a human attorney
  • Train the sales, product, and engineering teams on how to use our legal tools, acting as the face of legal efficiency to the rest of the company
  • Handle the administrative side of corporate filings and regulatory reporting for data maintenance, supporting high-level compliance strategy
