Clearwater Analytics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Operations Coordinator to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal team’s contracting and operational processes. This role will help manage contract lifecycle activities, maintain data accuracy, and support cross-functional collaboration across the organization. The Legal Operations Coordinator will play an important role in improving workflows, supporting reporting and analytics, and ensuring legal processes remain streamlined, scalable, and accessible to internal stakeholders. Requirements

  • Highly organized, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, high-volume workloads, and shifting priorities with confidence
  • Experience with contracts administration and management.
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience administering a CLM tool is preferred, with bonus points for experience with Ironclad and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Ironclad CLM Administration: Serve as an administrator for our CLM system, including user management, workflow configuration, template creation and maintenance, reporting, and system updates.
  • Contract Process Management: Monitor and maintain the contract database, including entering, verifying, and auditing contract data to ensure complete and accurate contract records and document integrity Maintain contract summary sheets for internal users. Process fee increase detail and document fees timely.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate contract processes, leveraging Ironclad and Salesforce features and integrations.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to leaders and staff regarding contracting protocols, workflows and timelines. Support project management activities across the legal department, coordinating cross-functional workflows, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned. Provide administrative support to the Legal team, ensuring that key resources, templates, institutional knowledge and guidance are organized, current, and easily accessible to both internal Legal team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key contract metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to the legal team and business stakeholders.
