Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with EDRM framework
  • Strong experience in eDiscovery
  • Hands-on experience with Relativity and/or other eDiscovery tools
  • Relativity Certifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training for internal Corporate Law employees on the use of RelativityOne.
  • Responsible for database administration for RelativityOne and SharePoint including establishing access and permissions for all users.
  • Responsible for providing day to day support for internal and external users to ensure they understand and comply with established workflows as it relates to document reviews and productions in RelativityOne.
  • Create written workflows and procedures supporting new and/or established processes.
  • Requisite technical knowledge to perform the research and investigation for document issue resolution.
  • Build a strong liaison relationship with external business area contacts for development of workflows and/or issue resolution related to documents collected in response to pending litigation.
  • Assists attorneys on the coordination efforts for various email projects requiring remediation.
  • Serves as a liaison between Litigation and the Information Retention Office for Retention Categories Hold orders requested by IMDC counsel for pending litigation.
