The Opportunity
Commvault is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join the Corporate Trust Team and gain hands-on experience in corporate governance and public company disclosures.

Requirements

• Current law student
• Legal research
• Effective written communication for attorneys and non-attorney businesspeople
• Interest in responsible corporate governance
• Can-do attitude
• Must be available to work from Tuesday, May 26th until Friday, August 7th.
• Be at least 17 years of age prior to scheduled start date.
• Be currently enrolled at an accredited institution.
• Be enrolled at an accredited institution the semester immediately following the summer internship program (Fall 2026).

Responsibilities

• Research key topics for SEC filings, including proxy statement and periodic reports
• Research and apply modern best practices to our governance documents, including charters, guidebooks, and policies
• Track corporate legal news, including case developments and enforcement actions
• Initiate and execute your own “intern project” that builds trust in the business
• Undertakes additional responsibilities, as assigned
