Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Legal Intern to support our Legal Department. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment, providing exposure to corporate legal operations and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects. This role will primarily involve contract review, assisting with regulatory compliance matters, and supporting general corporate legal projects.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an accredited law school (1L or 2L preferred).
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in corporate or in-house legal practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and summarize contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance tasks, including research and tracking updates to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memos on various corporate and commercial law topics.
  • Support corporate governance initiatives, such as drafting policies and maintaining legal records.
  • Collaborate with attorneys on general corporate legal projects, providing input and assistance as needed.
  • Contribute to the organization and optimization of the department’s document management system.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
