Nakupu na Foundation is seeking a Lega l Intern to support our in-house legal department this summer. This summer internship offers the opportunity to work directly with the General Counsel at a Native Hawaiian Organization-owned business that serves customers across the U.S. while learning from colleagues who voted their company as one of the best places to work in Hawai'i! The Legal Intern will gain valuable exposure to the in-house legal function and contribute to Nakupuna ’s mission by supporting a wide range of legal matters, including human resources, contracts, procurement, and compliance. Reporting directly to the General Counsel and collaborating with various departments, the intern will assist with daily legal operations and participate in key projects, such as conducting legal research, supporting internal planning efforts, and performing administrative tasks. This is a paid internship for students currently pursuing a law degree . The position is based in Honolulu, Hawai ʻ i , and requires approximately 40 hours per week, preferably for the duration of the summer term (May 26, 2026, through September 6, 2026).
