OverviewThe Legal & Comminications Intern will support the U.S. Legal team and Communications team at Crocs’ global headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado. This internship is designed to provide hands on exposure to how these teams support a global consumer brand, while building practical skills relevant to a future career in corporate law, legal operations and/or corporate communications. This legal portion of the internship offers hands-on exposure to how an in-house legal team supports a global business, through shadowing attorneys, participating in cross-functional discussions, and contributing to real legal research and process improvement. Interns will build practical skills in legal analysis, communication, and legal operations while gaining insight into how legal risk is assessed, communicated, and managed in a corporate environment. The corporate communications side will help enable the person to build captivating news posts and emails for an internal audience consistent with the appropriate voice and tone for the Crocs, Inc. enterprise and its brands. They will also assist with providing onsite event planning and execution at our Broomfield, CO headquarters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and working toward a master’s program in Law
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Curiosity, initiative, and interest in learning how an in‑house legal team operates

Responsibilities

  • Support contract administration and legal operations, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining agreements and related documentation
  • Assist with legal research, policy updates, and preparation of materials for internal stakeholders
  • Help manage legal systems, files, and reporting tools used by the Legal team
  • Support process improvement efforts, including documenting legal processes, templates, or playbooks
  • Partner with attorneys and legal professionals on day‑to‑day work and special projects
  • Gain exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with teams such as Product, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations
