Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Capable of managing time and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Passionate about the healthcare industry and eager to learn

Responsibilities

  • Assist with “playbooks”, “process maps” - departmental procedures.
  • Assist with the legal software updates, roll outs and implementation.
  • Work with Provider Enrollment to follow-up on any outstanding Medicare and/or Medicaid enrollments and revalidations.
  • Support licensing with Fed Ex overnights and mailings.
  • Assist licensing on follow-up information needed from operations (i.e., pending renewals).
