About The Position

The candidate will work on employment law, acquisitions, commercial contracts, compliance, and other areas

Requirements

Currently pursuing a law degree
Previous work experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Support the legal team in preparing for meetings, hearings, and negotiations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to provide legal support and guidance.
Perform other duties as assigned by the legal team.
