About The Position

The Legal Intern will be a part of the Legal department in our Waltham, MA office, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of due diligence materials for pending real estate transactions and pending lawsuits. YOUR ROLE, YOUR IMPACT Assist in the preparation of due diligence materials for pending real estate transactions. Help finalize complete legal file consolidation Attend/observe various internal negotiations, meetings & discussions. Help review various contracts. Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting expected deadlines.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and energetic.
• Strong work ethic and tenacity.

Responsibilities
