Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in first year of law school, starting second year in the fall of 2026.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, project management, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Leadership skills with a passion for results.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues to meet business objectives and priorities defined by the specific line of business.
  • Gain a greater understanding of a corporate legal department’s litigation, compliance, corporate and regulatory functions.
  • Complete legal research and writing projects; assist with subpoena responses and other legal requests; assist with contract review; participate in regulatory compliance meetings and complete other tasks as assigned.
  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Accept designated, business-focused projects to complete.
  • Engage with customers or clients and provides excellent service.
  • Learn and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
