Requirements
- Currently enrolled in first year of law school, starting second year in the fall of 2026.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, project management, organizational, and writing skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Leadership skills with a passion for results.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with colleagues to meet business objectives and priorities defined by the specific line of business.
- Gain a greater understanding of a corporate legal department’s litigation, compliance, corporate and regulatory functions.
- Complete legal research and writing projects; assist with subpoena responses and other legal requests; assist with contract review; participate in regulatory compliance meetings and complete other tasks as assigned.
- Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Accept designated, business-focused projects to complete.
- Engage with customers or clients and provides excellent service.
- Learn and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
