Job Responsibilities: Position Overview This internship will provide practical experience to a law school student who is interested in corporate or international business law. The Legal Intern will support the Magna Electronics Legal Team on a day-to-day basis as well as collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Some related experience preferred
- Enrolled in law school, or Currently Attending a College or University in the fourth year
- Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer
Responsibilities
- Perform legal research on various topics
- Support contract management
- Coordinate and complete various projects as needed
