Job Details (Contract & Pay): This is a contract position with an estimated end date of May 2027. The hourly rate is $24.00. Please note that contract positions are not eligible for additional monetary benefits or health care coverage. Job Summary: We are seeking a law student who has completed their first year (1L) to join our Legal Department as a Legal Intern. This role will support the Corporate & Transactions Legal Team based in New York, New York. This internship is intended to provide hands-on exposure to the practice of law in an in-house environment. The position is full-time during Summer 2026 (flexible start date) and part-time during the academic year (Fall 2026 and Spring 2027), with a hybrid option available based on business needs. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and legal staff with contract and policy drafting, creating presentations and training decks, and conducting research and analysis in the areas of corporate law, contracts, cross-border transactions, and alcoholic beverage control law.
