As the Legal / Executive Administrator, you will provide essential legal and administrative support, including managing the loan closing process, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. You will also deliver high‑level executive support and contribute to organizational governance and employee engagement initiatives. Other Responsibilities Include: Legal Administration Functions Coordinate CDF loan closings, including engaging counsel and title, tracking documents and approvals, and ensuring timely completion. Review loan and real estate documents and coordinate internal and external review. Manage closing checklists, communications, conditions, and fund disbursements to keep transactions on schedule. Ensure all required documents are collected, properly filed, and maintained pre‑ and post‑closing. Assist with drafting and reviewing governance documents, board resolutions, committee minutes, and selected contracts. Maintain organized legal, business, property, contract, and regulatory records. Executive Administration Functions Provide executive support, including calendar management, communications, and meeting coordination. Organize and support meetings and events, including logistics, materials, and onsite assistance. Serve as in‑house support for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Act as a welcoming point of contact for visitors and incoming calls. Manage office supplies, subscriptions, memberships, and sponsorship logistics within budget. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for administrative records. Draft, edit, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Support a welcoming, organized office environment that reflects CDF’s values.
