About The Position

The Legal Department and Claims Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support with the management of contracts and claims processes for Encore's Legal Department. This position reports to the VP of Global Risk Management and Safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years' experience in a Claim Adjuster / Coordinator or Contract / Legal Administration role
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Navigator and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to Encore's Claims Manager with incident reporting and intake setup, investigations and OSHA recordkeeping.
  • Coordinates with appropriate departments and provides guidance on various filing and process activities relating to claims management.
  • Ensures key contract terms and commissions are entered correctly into the contract management system.
  • Follows standards for processing, filing and organizing for all contracts and insurance claims related documents.
  • Produces reports as needed for venue agreements, chains, ownership, and management groups.
  • Manages the billing/expenses payments for Legal Department.
  • Provides timely responses to requests for certificates of insurance.
  • Supports the Legal Team, as needed.
  • Manages the arrangements for department meetings.
