Job Description: As a Legal Client Services Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance during highly emotional and stressful moments. This role is essential in delivering a calm, empathetic, and professional first impression while managing high volume inbound communications with accuracy and care. You will support daily operations by triaging calls, gathering initial information, and routing communications strategically to protect attorney time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, emotionally charged environment and takes pride in helping others feel heard and supported. This role is a strong fit for someone who values structure, emotional intelligence, and service excellence while contributing meaningfully to Job Duck’s client experience. • Compensation Range: $1,015 to $1,100 USD

Requirements

  • Native level or fully fluent English and Spanish required
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for future video based intake or client interactions
  • Ability to work from a quiet, professional home office
  • Reliable internet connection and headset required
