About The Position

What will I be doing: Support paralegals and attorneys to maintain and move large inventory of client cases, including scheduling and document prep Communicate with clients regarding their case Request, receive, and review medical records Enter and maintain case data using the case management system (FileVine) Assist with court filings, discovery, and certified mailings Organize correspondence and route to appropriate individual(s) Quality checks on documents, correspondence, and deadline tracking Compensation & Benefits $44-50k annually Paid Time Off (PTO) Competitive benefit package Medical, dental, vision 401k with match Requirements What we’re looking for: Dependable and self-motivated Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Attention to detail – organized and deadline driven Strong verbal and written communication skills Resourceful and proactive – grasp new information Manage repetitive tasks consistently and accurately Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF Learn and navigate case management software – FileVine experience a plus Ability to manage a high volume, fast-paced, deadline driven environment Associate’s degree, paralegal coursework, or similar experience preferred Relevant experience is helpful – will train the right candidate Fully remote!
