Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of legal administrative or paralegal experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Polished communication skills and professional presence
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in litigation and/or corporate law preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, and memoranda
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel as needed
  • Handle electronic court filings and ensure compliance with applicable procedures
  • Organize, scan, copy, and format documents for internal and external use
  • Assist with client-related matters by maintaining familiarity with assigned cases
  • Enter attorney time into Aderant and support monthly billing processes
  • Open and maintain client files within the firm’s document management system
  • Prepare expense reports and assist with CRM data maintenance
  • Support firm initiatives, events, and team-based projects as needed
  • Collaborate with other legal administrative professionals to ensure seamless coverage
