Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal (experience in foreclosure or real estate litigation preferred).
• High school diploma required; a college degree is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Perfect Practice, Tempo, ICE, or similar systems is advantageous.
• Professional, self-motivated, detail-focused, and collaborative.
• Ability to succeed in a structured, deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and file affidavits, complaints, motions, judgments, and other legal pleadings.
• Examine and redact confidential information (NPPI).
• Maintain accurate and current case files and internal/client systems (ICE, Tempo, etc.).
• Monitor deadlines, coordinate hearings/mediations, and oversee workflow progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, co-counsel, and attorneys.
• Ensure adherence to firm policies, standard procedures, client guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Assist attorneys with both administrative and litigation-related responsibilities while maintaining precision and compliance.
• Deliver accurate work, meet performance goals, respond to client inquiries, and assist with additional assignments and special projects as needed.
