What You’ll Do: Draft, prepare, and file affidavits, complaints, motions, judgments, and other pleadings. Review and redact sensitive information (NPPI). Keep case files and client/internal systems (ICE, Tempo, etc.) accurate and up to date. Track deadlines, schedule hearings/mediations, and monitor team workflows. Communicate confidently with clients, courts, Co-Counsel, and attorneys. Ensure compliance with firm policies, standard operating procedures, client directives, and legal regulations. Support attorneys with administrative and litigation tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain accuracy, meet performance metrics, and handle client inquiries while supporting additional tasks and special projects as needed.
