We are currently seeking a Legal AI Solutions Analyst to play a hands-on role in advancing the firm’s use of AI and workflow automation across legal and business functions. The ideal candidate has experience with data, automation, and AI tools and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position can be based in Charleston, WV, Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Florence, KY; Indianapolis, IN; Lexington, KY; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; or West Chester, OH.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in legal technology or a related technical role, with proven expertise in workflow automation platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, CoPilot Studio), data integration tools (Azure, Boomi, Power Query), Snowflake, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in documentation and technology adoption within a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Generative AI and workflow automation tools such as CoPilot Studio, DeepJudge, ChatGPT, and Claude.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and functions.
  • Ability to independently learn, adapt, and apply new technologies in a fast‑changing technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the hands-on technical resource for AI-enabled workflow projects, including development and configuration, helping turn business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and deploy workflow automation solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, CoPilot Studio, and other approved legal AI tools, integrating with document management systems and firm data sources.
  • Identify and implement replicable automation components to accelerate future development and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with legal, business, and innovation teams to understand, document, and prioritize requirements for AI solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with FBT Gibbons’ AI and data strategy.
  • Leverage firm data sources and other Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to support AI solutions.
  • Define AI-specific KPIs for technology initiatives and develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Sigma, Power BI) to track AI adoption, usage, and ROI.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technology solutions, workflows, integrations, and processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with trainers to develop user-facing materials and promote technology adoption.
  • Provide post-deployment support, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Data and Innovation team members to ensure seamless integration of AI, data, and workflow solutions, share technical insights, and support the development and deployment of advanced legal technology tools.
  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and market insights to foster continuous learning and contribute to the firm’s innovation roadmap and portfolio.
