About The Position

Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys including document preparation, scheduling, file management, and client communication. The Legal Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily legal operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with legal documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a legal administrative or similar role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
