About The Position

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused professionals to support a public transportation fare system transition project. This role will assist passengers with the migration from a legacy ticketing system to a new fare payment system. Requirements

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry
  • Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a public-facing, transit-related environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, banking, or transit services
  • Experience supporting technology transitions or system upgrades

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with transferring balances and information from legacy fare media to the new ticketing system
  • Provide in-person support and guidance on how to use the updated fare system
  • Enter and verify customer data accurately using computer systems
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer interactions
  • Deliver excellent customer service while handling high volumes of inquiries
  • Follow project procedures, data security guidelines, and service protocols
